Peter Thiel Invites Jens Spahn to Exclusive Meeting of 'Dialog' Club
CDU leader Jens Spahn has been invited to a meeting of the secret discussion club 'Dialog', founded by Peter Thiel. This was confirmed by Spahn's office in response to a request from Euronews.
A list of potential participants for the 'retreat', an informal meeting scheduled for August, has circulated online. American publication WIRED reported that hackers allegedly gained access to this list.
Swiss hacker Maia Arson Crimew published the list on the Bluesky platform. She confirmed that Jens Spahn is not mentioned in the second list of participants, but this list may not be complete.

Many CEOs and board chairs of tech companies are expected to attend the event.
However, Spahn will not be attending. “Mr. Spahn received an invitation to the 2026 'Dialog' meeting in Ireland, but participation was canceled,” his office informed Euronews.
The meeting is set to take place from August 12 to 16 near Dublin. According to WIRED, discussions will cover topics such as “Do Money Really Make You Happy?”, “Bring Back Nuclear Energy”, and others.
The 'Dialog' club was founded in 2006 by Peter Thiel and entrepreneur Auren Hoffman. Membership is by invitation only. The organization is considered one of the most elite, regularly attended by prominent figures from technology, politics, and academia.
Previously, notable attendees of 'Dialog' meetings included Elon Musk and Jared Kushner.
