New Fallout Game in Development by inXile
The studio has interesting experience with Wasteland.
inXile Entertainment is working on a game set in the Fallout universe, according to insider Jez Corden. The project is currently in the early stages of development.
No details have been revealed, and the fate of the game is still undecided: there is a chance it may be canceled.
The studio's main project is the action-adventure game Clockwork Revolution, which has recently become a Microsoft exclusive. Full development of Fallout is expected to begin after the release of Clockwork Revolution.

inXile has experience in post-apocalyptic settings, having released several games in the Wasteland series. Corden did not specify whether the new Fallout will resemble Wasteland or take on a Bethesda-style approach.
If Corden's information is accurate, several Fallout games are currently in development:
- Fallout 5.
- Fallout by Obsidian.
- Remaster of Fallout 3.
- Remaster of Fallout: New Vegas.
- Fallout by inXile.
None of these games have a release date. Fallout by Obsidian and the remaster of Fallout 3 are expected to be the closest to release.
