A leak of the action RPG Beast of Reincarnation from Game Freak has occurred just days before its release. Due to the absence of Denuvo protection, pirates found it easy to access the game.
It appears that the developers uploaded an unencrypted version of the game on Steam — a standard store emulator was enough to bypass the DRM system.

The main characters, the outcast Emma and her wolf Ko, travel through a dangerous world in hopes of saving humanity. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic Japan.
Notably, Beast of Reincarnation has no English localization: players will have to wait for an unofficial translation or play with one of the existing localizations.
Beast of Reincarnation will be released on August 4, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
