Quentin Tarantino will continue the story of Cliff Booth in two formats. On December 8, 2026, his novel The Adventures of Cliff Booth will be released, focusing on Brad Pitt's character from the film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The events of the novel take place in Hollywood in 1977, a few years after the events of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. By this time, Cliff Booth has worked as a stuntman, bartender, and projectionist; the novel also mentions secret missions that Cliff occasionally undertakes for friends.

Almost simultaneously, the film The Adventures of Cliff Booth, directed by David Fincher and based on Tarantino's script, will be released.
